The Rider jacket was the first slim cut denim jacket when initially marketed by Lee in the early 30’ties and specifically developed with cowboys and rodeo riders in mind. Up until that time denim jackets had been a work wear thing.
In addition to the slim silhouette it had the characteristic inwards slanting chest pockets that made it easier for cowboys to reach inside whilst riding a horse and the wide waistband ensured the jacket did not fold upwards.
The Sneum RRR Rider jacket sets out to accentuate the key distinguishing factors of the jacket while at the same time staying true to its original design and heritage.
