RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We are very keen to make you a happy customer and if you have any questions or thoughts about our products, you are always welcome to contact us and we will do our best to help you. In case you are unhappy with your products, you are of course welcome to return or exchange them. Below you can find all information needed for making a return.
Make a return or exchange
If you wish to return your product we kindly ask you to contact us directly at INFO@SNEUM.COM and we will help you from there. If you wish to exchange your product, please let us know the new size, colour and style you would like. Before making the return or exchange, please read our return policy below.
Please note that we currently do not provide returns or exchanges to Non-EU orders. If there is an issue with your Non-EU order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to solve it.
Our general return period is 14 days, counted from the day you receive your package. All returned items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition. All original tags and accessories must still be attached. Please send us an email at email@example.com stating your order number and reason for return. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Footwear must be returned with the dust bag and original shoe box as these are considered part of the product. Please place the shoe box inside a shipping box in order to prevent damage during shipping.
Shipping costs related to the returned product/-s will not be refunded. You are obliged to pay for the return delivery of the product. If a replacement product/-s is to be sent out we will cover the shipping cost for this product/-s. Since the customer is responsible for the exchange parcel, we recommend choosing a shipping company that offers parcel-tracking. Please insure the shipment or declare the full value of the parcel, in order to be protected if it will be lost or damaged during the shipping.

Once we receive eligible return item(s) they will be inspected and processed in due course. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, minus any applicable shipping fees.
