RETURN POLICY

We are very keen to make you a happy customer and if you have any questions or thoughts about our products, you are always welcome to contact us and we will do our best to help you. In case you are unhappy with your products, you are of course welcome to return or exchange them. Below you can find all information needed for making a return.

MAKE A RETURN

If you wish to return your product we kindly ask you to contact us directly at INFO@SNEUM.COM and we will help you from there. If you wish to exchange your product, please let us know the new size, colour and style you would like. Before making the return or exchange, please read our return policy below.

Please note that we currently do not provide returns or exchanges to Non-EU orders. If there is an issue with your Non-EU order, please email info@sneum.com and we will try our best to solve it.

RETURN POLICY

If you’d like to return your product, the general return period is 14 days. 

All items returned must be unworn, unwashed, and complete with original tags and packaging. 

We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items. 

We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us.  

Refunds can take up to 14 working days from the date we receive the returned products.

RETURN POLICY FOR SALE ITEMS

Markdowned items are not eligible for returns, except in cases of defective or damaged goods, as required by Danish consumer protection law.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we will assist with a replacement or refund as appropriate.

EXCHANGES 

We don't offer exchanges. To ensure product availability, we recommend that you place a new order for your desired size/colour and return the original item.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping costs related to the returned product/-s will not be refunded. You are obliged to pay for the return delivery of the product. Since the customer is responsible for the exchange parcel, we recommend choosing a shipping company that offers international parcel-tracking. Please insure the shipment or declare the full value of the parcel, in order to be protected if it will be lost or damaged during the shipping.

REFUND POLICY

Once we receive eligible return item(s) they will be inspected and processed in due course. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, minus any applicable shipping fees. 

Please note that if your purchase was made in a currency different from your refund currency, fluctuations in exchange rates may cause the refunded amount to differ from the original purchase amount. We are not responsible for any changes in the exchange rate between the time of purchase and the time of refund.
