SHIPPING

Orders will be dispatched within 3 business days (Monday – Friday):

1.Domestic (DK) orders will be shipped by GLS

2.international orders with UPS Express Saver or UPS Standard

Local pickup is available only for Copenhagen based zip codes.

All domestic orders are charged a flat rate of EUR 10/DKK 75

All international orders are charged a flat rate of EUR 20/DKK 150

EU orders

All countries within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price.

Non-EU orders

All non-EU orders are shipped on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning that product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. If you want to estimate the tax you will need to pay, please contact your local tax customs.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you’d like to return your product, the general return period is 14 days. Please send us an email at info@sneum.com stating your order number and reason for return.

All returned items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition. All original tags and accessories must still be attached. Footwear must be returned with the dust bag and original shoe box as these are considered part of the product. Please place the shoe box inside a shipping box in order to prevent damage during shipping.

Please note that we currently do not provide returns or exchanges to Non-EU orders. If there is an issue with your Non-EU order, please email info@sneum.com and we will try our best to solve it.
