The squat and squarish proportions with a single handle are based on the mailbags used in the Americas. They would most commonly have a single handle with a flat back intended for hanging on a horseback or hung on the back of a cabin door etc.

Our reinterpretation of the old mail mag has a larger top for easy access, tapering towards the more narrow bottom which gives it its characteristic “pentagonal” shape. The front flap takes its shape from a saddle however maintains the pentagonal shape as the bag itself.

It has a small zipped pocket on the backside for smaller items such as keys, cellphones etc. The inside is fully lined in a soft 100% cotton twill. It has one zipped inside pocket, one large Ipad/laptop pocket and two smaller open pockets. All inside pockets have leather trimmings along the edges for added durability and improved feel.

The body is done in a thick top-grade drum-dyed bovine leather suede with pebbled leather trimmings like the front flap, handle and extra reinforced double layer leather on the bottom. Although intended mainly as a bag carried by hand It comes with an adjustable strap attached to the top gusset.

With its characteristic pentagonal shape paired with the single-handle feature, makes this bag stand out and impactful in any surrounding.
